Leave with the tide instinctivly
follow the wave
above the horizon you just can't see!
Wash away the foot prints
until all the lost directions
remaining the same on the desert shore
we once have stepped
and by now
it has vanished out
of our memories.
Who stole
the message from the bottle?
Why was rolling empty
at my feet?
you never gave me a chance
you never really tried!
You just said
wait at sea!
I've thrown the anchor desperetly
as a broken arrow for the brave
like a ghost of Wounded Knee!
Nothing changed ever since
against the odds emotions
bleeding on a chain saw
all slipped
in the endeavor
of my darkest hour
like a roundabout
confusing me.
Will my soul
really burst out if this bubble?
Why am I sinking slowly
in too deep?
And in the end
you never gave me a chance
you never really tried!
